Needs of remodeling

Effect of remodeling

When an elevator is used for a long time, its parts become aged and break frequently because of mechanical fatigue, changed characteristics of electric components, and abrasion.

They cannot be fundamentally solved with a simple part replacement for maintenance, which will even increase economic burden.
Furthermore, the performance and efficiency will not match those of new models.

Remodeling is the best way to improve performance and safety while extending service life by replacing functional and exterior parts as required.
